The Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet or Beyonce Diet Harmful Mistakes

Here are some of the top harmful mistakes that people make during the Master Cleanse Diet. What bothers me the most is when these same people say that the Master Cleanse Diet, doesn’t work at all. When that is not necessarily the case, they just did things the wrong way.

“…..Unfortunately, I gained back 10 lbs after a couple of week…..”

Mistake #1 The Yo Yo diet effect and not breaking the cleanse properly

“…….It is extremely hard to do the master cleanse for a prolonged period of time. I did not cheat during the 10 days, but there were times I was tempted to break it. But it drove me crazy - the fact I couldn’t eat the foods I want, so I decided to call it quits after 10 days into the cleanse…”

Mistake #2 Not aware of the new updates to the Master Cleanse that make this easier and also not fully understanding the process your body is undergoing.

“……..For the first 10 days it tasted fine. For the next 10 days it tasted less fine. For the 10 days after that it tasted horrible…..”
Mistake #3 Not getting the latest updates to the master cleanse that include several tips to deal with the taste issue that  many cleansers have to deal with.

Mistake #8 Not fully informed and understanding the symptoms you go through while cleansing and that they are actually signs of improvement.

“…….As for my “run” on the fast (big time emphasis on run), I lasted all of one day. After purging what appeared to be my actual stomach lining, I was eating chocolate covered pretzels and chicken quesadillas en masse by nightfall. Don’t let this deter you though…..”
