Here are some of the top harmful mistakes that people make during the Master Cleanse Diet. What bothers me the most is when these same people say that the Master Cleanse Diet, doesn’t work at all. When that is not necessarily the case, they just did things the wrong way.

Mistake #1 The Yo Yo diet effect and not breaking the cleanse properly

Mistake #2 Not aware of the new updates to the Master Cleanse that make this easier and also not fully understanding the process your body is undergoing.

Mistake #3 Not getting the latest updates to the master cleanse that include several tips to deal with the taste issue that many cleansers have to deal with.

Mistake #4 Not getting fully informed and reading FAQ about the common problems one may have during the cleanse.
